i may be sweet, but i have some strict rules when purchasing my services or interacting with me ! please read carefully ! 𖹭1. i do not offer my services to minors, and i do not do nsfw work. if you purchase my services with those intentions, you will not receive a refund2. before purchasing any of my services, please dm me on epal, battlebuddy, or discord (@lanasinclair) so we can go over fees, group orders, or the service you're interested in3. if you plan to record or screenshot while purchasing my services, you are required to pay a fee using the service labeled "recording permission add-on". the fee should match your session time (ex. 15 min valorant match = 15 min recording fee). if you fail to disclose this before the session, the service will be canceled with no refund4. if you’d like to vent, ramble, or share something personal, please book a service that allows space for that, like "off my chest" or "e-chatting". i don’t mind playing valorant or league while you vent if that helps make it feel less awkward ! just make sure the amount of time you want to vent for matches the time you want to game with me. please don’t use non-conversational services for heavy topics unless discussed beforehand.5. group orders will not be accepted unless all participants place their own orders. this ensures fairness for my time and energy.6. if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. if you no-show or leave early during a service, i will not offer a refund, as time is still committed on my end. for services like spend the day with me, where we schedule a specific time for a full experience, cancellations or early exits without a valid reason (such as an emergency) will result in a block from future services. however, if an emergency occurs and you need to leave early, i’m happy to continue the session at a later time, picking up exactly where we left off, whether it’s at the beginning, middle, or end of the service. please let me know as soon as possible if an emergency happens. if you attempt to dispute or charge back after the service is completed, you will be blocked and automatically refused for any future services.7. i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects my identity, pronouns, privacy, or boundaries. this includes pushing for romantic attention, making inappropriate comments, or being disrespectful in calls or messages.
